Thank you, we are getting cleaner, quicker and hopefully more to what common people want. Instead of using channel locks on shower head it’s self I used a crescent wrench! so not to gouge the chrome! Our comments from folks has prompted the wiser use of tools!

I have this same faucet ( Delta) and it just started to drip this afternoon. When I pushed the handle tighter to stop it, a slow steady stream of water comes out. I turned of the water under the sink to stop the water but now I don’t know how to fix it. Everywhere I read on different websites, they say to fix the washer by taking the handles off but I can’t figure out how to take these handles apart. I don’t want to makes things worse or break anything. Please help and thank you!

Amy, The faucet I am working on is not a Delta, (they all look alike). If yours says Delta on it, it is. The leak, is it out of the stem/handle canopy? or is it out the spout? either way, you need to pull handles by an allen screw or poping off the hot/cold button on top and unscrewing a screw. or unscrewing the lever and finding a screw in the hole… many mfgers. do it differently….
